We created Chaboz Taqueria in 2007 in Reston, Virginia, because we LOVE tacos. It is a unique taco joint that incorporates wholesome, local, and organic ingredients and authentic Mexican flavors with a contemporary flair.
We have a revolutionary but simple goal: create authentic tacos using local and/or organic ingredients including grass-fed beef and pastured chicken from local farms. We serve our food promptly with excellent customer service. The result is outstanding!
Chaboz Taqueria is a mission-based company: We strive to create high quality fresh authentic food, cultivate a quality work environment, and improve the quality of our environment and community. We want to provide our food in a unique and environmentally responsible manner. As of April 2008, Chaboz Taqueria hit the road, literally. We serve our tasty tacos aboard a mobile kitchen (a.k.a taco truck) that runs off sports solar panels and offers free WiFi. We use earth-friendly materials in all of our packaging, paper products, and cleaning supplies.
Chaboz Taqueria is the brainchild of Eduardo Bocock, Harold Chacon, and Gerald Zavala. The three come from different areas of Latin America and are committed to offering authentic tasting food. None are professional chefs, but all are committed taco aficionados and have learned from some of the best culinary experts in the U.S. and Mexico.
