Enjoy our breakfast tacos; warm flour tortillas filled with freshly scrambled cage free eggs and our delicious local or organic breakfast toppings. Our basket comes with an assortment of breakfast tacos: nitrite free bacon and egg; chorizo (spicy sausage), griddled potatoes and eggs; bean, egg and cheese; eggs, spinach and goat cheese. These tacos are accompanied by five (5) organic yogurt parfaits; local and organic Bluebird™ Coffe and an assortment of 100% pure organic fruit juices.

Quesadilla Nirvana
An assortment of quesadillas on warm flour tortillas - goat cheese and spinach (v); steak, spinach and goat cheese; potatoes and chorizo (Mexican sausage); classic cheese quesadillas and our version of the club—chicken, bacon and goat cheese. These delicious quesadillas come accompanied by chips and both a medium red Chile de Arbol Salsa and a green spicy Serrano–heated avocado salsa. Our quesadillas are accompanied by Central American red beans (v), cilantro rice (v), and an assortment of beverages.

Deluxe Hot Taco Bar
Pick from any two of our freshly grilled taco fillings: Cilantro-lime chicken, tamarind marinated Carne Asada Steak, Carne al Pastor (pork marinated in an adobo of chiles, spices and fruits) or our vegetarian option—(Zucchini and Portobello mushroom) to go with our fresh grilled corn and flour tortillas and our sumptuous medium red Chile de Arbol Salsa and a green spicy Serrano-heated avocado salsa. Our hot taco bar is accompanied by Central American red beans (v), cilantro rice (v), an assortment of beverages.
